You can return bought from our online shop goods when:
product’s package is intact;
size label is intact;
underwear has not been used.
Return request can be made in 14 days after receiving the goods.
You may return a product in case it does not match your size or you have made up your mind, concerning the buy.
All delivery costs are paid by the customer.
Goods with damaged package or label are not accepted to be returning.
All the issues between the two parties can be resolved according to the Bulgarian trade law.
